Can we interpret our dreams?

Yes, we can, dream interpretation is the process of giving meaning to dreams. Our dreams contain many different symbols: The symbols alone don’t mean a lot, however, once they are put into context with what is going on in your life, they make a lot more sense. 

Dreams are messages from your inner self of things you are not getting while awake because of fear, beliefs and other barriers. When a dream is interpreted for you, you will have a more balanced view of what is going on in your life.

Dream interpretation is very individualized. Different dreams can have the same symbols; however, the symbols can have very different meanings. So, don’t take the dream literally. For example, dreaming of death does not necessarily mean someone is going to die. It can mean the ending of one thing and the beginning of another.
